1. Introduction

Welcome to TripDeals. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TripDeals mobile application ("App"), provided by TripDeals ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

TripDeals is a flight deal alert service that notifies users of discounted airfare from their selected departure cities. The App allows users to receive notifications when flight prices drop significantly, offering opportunities to book flights at reduced rates through various airlines and travel providers.

3. Account Registration and User Obligations

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By creating an account, you agree to:

Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Provide accurate and current information
Ensure all persons accessing the App through your account comply with these Terms
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
Make necessary arrangements for App access, including internet connectivity and compatible devices

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its contents are owned by TripDeals, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial use only. The TripDeals name, logos, and related marks are our trademarks and may not be used without our prior written permission.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

Use the App for unlawful purposes
Attempt unauthorized access or system interference
Upload malicious code or viruses
Impersonate TripDeals staff or other users
Engage in automated system access
Bypass security measures
Create derivative works
Harvest user data
Post misleading information about flights or deals

6. Payment and Refund Policy

All sales and subscriptions are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Refund requests may be considered case-by-case but are not guaranteed. Contact info@travira.org within 7 days of charges believed to be in error.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements. The accuracy of flight deals and pricing cannot be guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripDeals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

App access, use, or inability to access or use
Third-party conduct or content
Content obtained through the App
Unauthorized access or alterations
Price inaccuracies or flight changes

9. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the App immediately without notice for any reason, including Terms violations. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be addressed through informal negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the United States under American Arbitration Association rules.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the federal courts of the United States.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via email, and continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

14. Force Majeure

TripDeals is not liable for performance failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, war, terrorism, pandemic, or regulatory changes.

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it shall be modified to the extent possible while remaining provisions stay in effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and other published legal notices constitute the entire agreement regarding App use.
