Travira is a flight deal notification service that uses AI to find and alert users about discounted flight prices. We do not book flights directly but provide information and links to third-party booking platforms.

3. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscription fees are charged annually at $43/year
  • Payment is processed through Stripe
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are provided only if you do not save at least $500 per year using our service

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Disclaimers

  • Flight prices are subject to change and availability
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party pricing
  • Booking is done directly with airlines or travel agencies
  • We are not responsible for booking issues or travel disruptions

6. Limitation of Liability

Travira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, but you will continue to receive notifications until the end of your billing period.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.

9. Third-Party Design, Ads, and Content

Our platform may include references to third-party designs, websites, or collaborative content. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Travira assumes no liability for any user-generated content (UGC) or third-party advertisements displayed on the platform.
  • We explicitly disclaim any liability for content, representations, or actions by UGC creators or influencers advertising Travira.
  • References to third-party similar designs or websites are for collaborative or illustrative purposes only.
  • We may collaborate on design elements but disclaim liability for any similarities to third-party intellectual property or design references unless explicitly stated.
  • Any interactions with third-party ads or content are solely between you and the third party.
